As a result
of a generous bequest from Mary Alice Cox, Beta Omega,

All
applicants must be currently affiliated members of Mu Phi Epsilon
(annual international dues paid).
Applicant shall give name, address, chapter of initiation and present
affiliation.
2.
A
minimum of 20 years of continuous membership in Mu Phi Epsilon is required for
consideration. This can include
collegiate membership.
3.
Proposals
must be adequately detailed with a plan of action and
a proposed schedule. Describe what you
expect to accomplish and how that will benefit you. Proposed costs should be
documented. The proposal shall be
typewritten or computer generated, double-spaced, and on quality bond
paper. Photocopies are acceptable.

Reports
of projects, abstracts, excerpts or summaries of the winning project may be published in The Triangle of Mu Phi Epsilon.
6.
Due
care will be used in protecting all papers, photos and other submitted
materials, but each applicant specifically releases all persons, including the
International Executive Board of Mu Phi Epsilon and the judges, from any and
all claims of damages arising out of the loss or destruction of submitted
entries, however caused.
